Returning products after delivery – defectives

You are entitled to return products delivered to you in the event that they are defective or otherwise not in conformity with your order when you received them. You can do so within 28 days of receipt of the product. This does not affect your statutory rights. In the event your claim is justified, the purchase price and the shipping costs will be refunded.

Returning products after delivery – incorrect order on our behalf

In the unfortunate incident you are sent a product that does not match your specific order we will of course refund the cost of delivering the product back to our warehouse and send the correct product ordered providing the incorrect product returned is unwashed, in its original, undamaged packaging and complete.

Returning products after delivery – for whatever reason

If you are for whatever reason not happy with the products you ordered, you may return the products delivered to you within 28 calendar days after delivery, without giving us any reason, as long as:

  • the products are unwashed and not used in any way (you are allowed to try garments on for fit, unless we have indicated otherwise – but you cannot wear them) 
the product is in its original, undamaged packaging (a carefully opened package will not be considered damaged)
  • the product is complete: e.g. both items of a pair must be returned
  • You cannot return:
  • products that have been tampered with
  • products of which an affixed seal is broken

Product exchange

Merchandise product exchanges are currently not possible, but you do have the option of returning your product(s). See above. In order to get another product colour or size, you will have to place a new order on the website.

Returning gifts

At the moment, we cannot offer a product return to the person who has received it as a gift. In order to return the product, please contact the person who purchased the product for you and ask them to follow the procedure for returning orders as stated in returning orders after delivery.

Refund information

In the event you return goods because they are defective or otherwise not in conformity with your order, we will pay for the ship-to and return-shipping costs. In the event you return goods for reasons other than defectiveness or non-conformity with your order, you will need to pay for the return shipment. In practice, when returning, you will use our logistics provider. As the costs incurred by us for these return shipments are equal to the costs of sending the goods to you, we will not refund the costs you originally paid for delivery.

Refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment. You will receive your refund after the product has been returned and processed.

Kalo Sport Camp Cancellations & Exchanges


In the event you wish to cancel a Kalo Sport camp booking for whatever reason, we will issue a full refund providing you have contacted us NO LATER THAN 48 HOURS BEFORE the commencement of the camp week or individual day. The ability for us to project camp numbers is essential for the preparation of a Kalo Sport camp particularly regarding staffing. In result of this, we are unable to offer a refund if a child is ill/unable to attend and we haven’t been notified at least 48 hours in advance.


If you can no longer attend a Kalo Sport camp week but wish to exchange your place for another particular week, we will issue this providing:

  • You are booked for a WHOLE week, whether this is a whole week of Tennis only, Football only or full day. We are unable to offer exchanges for anything other than full week bookings
  • We have been notified at least 48 hours in advance of the original camp week/week you wish to exchange for. For example, if you are booked onto a Kalo Sport camp commencing Monday August 5th to Friday August 9th but wish to exchange that booking for a place on a camp commencing Monday July 29th to Friday 2nd August, we would need to be notified at least 48 hours in advance of Monday July 29th to process this
  • We have available space for the camp you wish to be booked onto in exchange
  • The whole week camp exchange is made within 12 months of the original booking date (this is subject to possible price change).
